2. Products & Services

We offer custom printing services including but not limited to flyers, visiting cards, brochures, bill books, letterheads, doctor files, PP bags, and other printed materials. All products are made to order based on specifications provided by the customer.

3. Order Placement & Approval

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Production begins after the customer approves the artwork/design proof.
  • Anushka Enterprises is not liable for errors in content, spelling, or design that were present in the approved artwork.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

5. Payment

We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once an order enters the printing queue, cancellations will not be entertained. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or content for printing, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all materials provided. Anushka Enterprises is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anushka Enterprises' liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
