At Anushka Enterprises, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Printed Products
Since all our products (flyers, visiting cards, brochures, bill books, letterheads, doctor files, PP bags, etc.) are custom-printed to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once printing has begun.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defective/damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if valid, offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion.
3. Errors in Design/Content
We are not responsible for errors in design, spelling, grammar, or content that were present in the approved artwork or order details submitted by the customer. Please review all proofs carefully before approving.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once your order has entered the printing queue, cancellations will not be accepted.
